The Teatro Dom Roberto has been performed for about three centuries at fairs, pilgrimage spots, beaches and streets. The Portuguese hand puppet Dom Roberto is the cousin of Punch, Polichinelle, Pulcinella, Petrouska... The puppeteer uses a swazzle in his mouth to amplify his voice and produce remarkable sound effects. An unique opportunity to see this Portuguese traditional puppet.

In September of 2010, three young creators attended the Object Theatre Workshop by Agnès Limbos, within the “Projecto Funicular” - intensive workshops addressed to professionals. Under the “Projecto Embrião”, a new project supporting young creators which A Tarumba wishes to develop in next editions, they will premiere three short forms at FIMFA Lx11.
